Refund policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our goal is to be as flexible and fair as possible while protecting our ability to offer exceptional hospitality. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully:

Free Cancellation

Full refund if cancelled 7 days or more before the check-in date.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking (if check-in is at least 7 days away) will receive a full refund.

Partial Refund

50% refund for cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the check-in date.

No refund if cancellation is made less than 72 hours before check-in.

No-Show or Early Check-Out

No refund will be provided in case of no-show or early check-out.

Refunds for Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of natural disasters, government travel bans, or other force majeure events, we may offer full or partial refunds at our discretion.

Documentation may be required for verification.

Refund Processing

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For bookings made through third-party platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com), their respective refund policies will apply.
